Perceptive’s clients benefit from Matt’s extensive experience of more than 15 years in recruitment and executive search. Prior to establishing Perceptive, Matt held leadership roles in a number of the most recognised top-tier firms, leading teams of specialists across all categories of government recruitment. He had portfolio responsibility for Human Resources, Technology, Construction, and Property. Beyond that, he led high-profile senior executive search assignments from board level down.
In 2013, frustrated by the ‘one size fits all’ approach, Matt saw a need for adaptability; a recruitment approach that focused on understanding people. Matt established Perceptive with a vision to offer clients true insight, formed through long and meaningful partnerships.
